Our cookies are made in-house and are always freshly baked to order. Please note that we ONLY ship our cookies on Mondays. We do this to ensure that the cookies arrive as fresh as possible and don't get stuck at the post office over the weekend. In case a public holiday falls on a Monday, the shipment will take place on the following day, that is Tuesday. 

**Kindly note that orders must be placed by Saturday night to be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on Sundays and Mondays will be shipped the following week.**

All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail. 

Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns. 

We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, all packages come with insurance coverage to protect you in case of loss or damage. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS to open a claim or message us to open one for you.
